At True Art Garments, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent ordering experience.

PREORDER ITEMS

The Collage Hoodie is currently available as a preorder item. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your hoodie is not ready to ship immediately.

Production will begin after the preorder period. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Window

Orders placed during the preorder period are expected to ship in late July to early August 2026. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change based on production timelines.

Processing Time

Preorder items are processed and fulfilled within approximately 3-4 weeks after the preorder period concludes.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, manufacturing delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. True Art Garments is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
