Return & Refund Policy

At True Art Garments, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping:  
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

No Restocking Fees:  
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Final Sale Items:  
Certain items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
